Meet Your Tutor
Hi, I’m Shana. I bring over 14 years of experience supporting student learning and a patient, practical approach to teaching.
I help students understand where they’re getting stuck, break learning into manageable steps, and practise until they feel more confident. Sessions combine support with current schoolwork and attention to the foundations students need. Last year, one of my Grade 11 Functions (MCR3U) students went from 41% to 72% after his exam, by working through exactly those foundations.
I keep parents informed about progress and next steps, and communicate with teachers when appropriate. My goal is to help your child feel capable and become more independent in their learning.
